Reflecting on the Last 25 Years

Twenty five years. That’s a long time. It seems things were a little simpler in 1989. The desktop computer was just becoming widely available (remember the transition from 8088 to 80286 machines, anyone?). The fax machine was a fixture, but email wasn’t around yet. GPS? The web? Both almost unheard of at that time. But somehow we still managed to get by. While we remember those days, we mostly remember great customer service and what it meant. And in harking back to those days, we’re still believers in picking up the phone to talk, in returning calls/emails right away, and getting together once in a while to see how things are going. Cutting-edge consulting work needs to be coupled with solid communication, not just to make sure we’re still on track, but so you know what’s happening with your project. To our customers over the last quarter century, thank you for letting us help you, and in many cases, letting us be of continuing assistance to you. And if you’re considering us for your next project, thank you for this privilege, and know that we will do everything in our power to help fix your most complicated (or relatively simple) environmental problems and make your life easier.
